Per Diem / PRN

Trinity Health First Choice is seeking a per diem / PRN RN to provide high quality nursing care in Med Surg / Telemetry. This role offers premium pay, flexible scheduling and the opportunity to travel within the local region or nationally.

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations and/or regions.
• Apply professional nursing practice, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Act independently within RN scope of practice and license.
• Take accountability for delegation decisions and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse cultural settings.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Active RN license in applicable state(s).
• At least 18 months recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Telemetry or PCU.
• At least 2 years recent clinical experience in other specialties (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health).
• Required credentials: ACLS, TNCC, BLS, PALS (certifications obtained through AHA).
