• Proactively manage assigned accounts to maximize accurate and timely payment
• Research and take necessary actions on balances in accounts receivable
• Make routine collection calls on outstanding claims and resolve billing errors
• Document detailed notes in the company software system
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of strong infusion collections experience required
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Excellent math, writing, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time

• Experience with CPR+ systems
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multitask effectively
