We are seeking a qualified CBRS Specialist in the Canyon County area who is dedicated to providing support for adults with developmental disabilities as well as justice-involved adults across the Treasure Valley. As a CBRS, you are responsible for assisting clients in developing greater independence and facilitating their successful integration into the community.

Responsibilities
  • Completing functional assessments in accordance with agency policy.
  • Completing daily client notes and accurate documentation.
  • Support clients in various settings with daily living skills, transportation, budgeting, and personal care.
  • Facilitate community participation and resource access.
  • Teach problem-solving, decision-making, and self-advocacy skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Attend regular meetings, supervision, and training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services field REQUIRED
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport clients in your own vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Positive, compassionate attitude
