About Your RoleIOP Mental Health Therapist
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is a six-month, structured program for clients who struggle to emotionally regulate and build healthy relationships. Our clients meet with therapists 3 days a week, either in group or individual therapy. Clinician openings in this program include Adolescent or Adult Group Therapy leaders, and Individual therapists for either adults or youth.
Our IOP program works as a close team of Therapists, CBRS providers, Case Management, Peer Support, and Medication Management specialists to share knowledge, work collaboratively, and maximize client growth. Our clinicians are provided professional development weekly. Therapists with strong rapport-building skills will appreciate the depth of the therapeutic relationship in this IOP program. We strive to build a supportive, safe place for employees and clients alike.
Our ESMI program delivers services to clients ages 15-30 years old over a 2 year period with specific phases of treatment and identified needs. The ESMI program uses Motivational Interviewing, CBT for Psychosis, and Shared Decision Making to support clients experiencing psychosis for the first time (or in the first 2 years of having psychosis), to avoid partial hospitalization, residential care, or hospitalization.
This program also assists clients stepping down from these higher levels of care. ESMI is a team focused program consisting of a therapist, supported education and employment specialist. As the Clinician working with the client, you will specifically focus on their therapeutic needs, and collaborate with the ESMI treatment team weekly to staff cases for optimal effectiveness and success.
- $32-34/hour - Same for billable and admin work
- $1000 Stay bonus

- Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC
- Previous experience preferred
- Knowledge of community mental health resources, preferred
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with
