Hospital DetailsVibra Hospital of Boise, located in Boise, , is a 40 bed Critical Care Hospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our patients often require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Educate, problem‑solve, and build relationships with referral sources.
- Obtain referrals and participate in planning, organizing, and executing the Business Departmental plan.
- Incorporate marketing opportunities when possible.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with assigned accounts and team members.
- Serve as the “face of Vibra” in the community and develop a positive, professional image that builds long‑lasting relationships with customers.
- Act as a key source of market intelligence, providing direct communication between the community, referral sources, physicians, and the Vibra Hospital Team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
- Healthcare marketing experience in the acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting, or home health care agency/company.
- Marketing/sales skill expertise with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience working within the local medical community.
- Effective written and verbal communication with medical and administrative staff, patients, and families.
- Self‑motivated, extroverted, enthusiastic, self‑directed, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to compute statistics and complete necessary reports accurately and timely.
- Demonstrated expertise in determining admission criteria.
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement and strong commitment to results.
- Professional image projection.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Independent decision‑making when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
