This position will cover Oregon, Alaska and Southern Washington. Ideally the candidate should reside in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities- Calls on current customers and prospects; provides technical, marketing, and administrative product information and demonstrations; quotes appropriate customer prices using online quoting system.
- Provides product specific information for the best therapeutic outcome for patient. Effectively explain advanced characteristics and features of Neuro products to Operating Room staff & Surgeon.
- Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow ups in hospitals and clinics.
- Provides training and in-services for Neurosurgical equipment.
- Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with Company policy, acts as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments.
- Maintains account records and reports activities and submits as required.
- Manages and submits sales expenses in accordance with budget.
- Effectively manages personal sales sample inventory and ensure Setworld product is returned in a timely manner per company SOP.
Knowledge & Skills
- Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
- Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of other peers.
- Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.
- Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 plus years of Operating Room sales experience (Neuro preferred).
- Regular and predictable attendance.

CompensationSalary: $105,000 - $120,000 (Plus Incentive Compensation).
