• Coordinate the authorization process with hospital personnel, payer representatives, and reimbursement operations
• Provide education on Life Vest benefits and processes to hospital and payer case managers
• Maintain customer profile data on managed care contacts within the geography
• Support reimbursement-focused activities for field sales and educate hospital case management on best practices
• Communicate reimbursement best practices and trends to field sales teams

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Completed a Registered Nursing Program or other equivalent clinical background
• Cardiology clinical acumen required
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to navigate the internet and payor websites comfortably

• Case Manager or Resource Utilization experience
• Experience in a healthcare-related field
