Position: Patient Safety Attendant Float Pool (Nights)
Trinity Health - 1055 North Curtis Road - Responsibilities:
Maintain visual observation of assigned patient(s) at all times and verbally redirect the patient as appropriate;
Verbally redirect patients from at-risk behaviors and notify staff of needs or emergencies;
Document observations on the observation flow sheet every 15-30 minutes and participate in information handoffs;
Assist licensed nursing staff with care and seek assistance if a patient poses a threat to themselves or others;
Support patient safety across multiple departments as part of the Clinical Support Float Pool
