"CRNA Opportunity Boise, IdahoA healthcare facility in Boise, Idaho is seeking a CRNA for ongoing locum coverage.
Compensation:$230/hr. 24 hour call $700 plus $300/hr call-back.

Schedule:
Mix of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts weekly
12-hour shifts also available
40 hours guaranteed per week
Call: TBDPlease indicate willingness to cover weekend pager call at presentation
Clinical Responsibilities General anesthesia coverage across multiple procedural settings
Trauma-focused anesthesia casesCRNAs perform spinal blocks only
No regional anesthesia required
Required Procedures & Case Types Trauma cases
General surgical procedures
Cath Lab cases
Endoscopy procedures
Radiology procedures
Practice Environment
17 Main Operating Rooms7 Day Surgery Center ORsAdditional procedural areas including:
Cath labs
Endoscopy
RadiologyEMR:
Epic Patient Population:
Adolescent Adult Geriatric Limited pediatric exposure
More than 90% of patients are over age 12
RequirementsNBCRNA certification required
Idaho license highly preferred
Idaho DEA and CSR required
Must be available for full-time coverage
Must meet established rate capsCOVID-19 vaccination confirmation required at name clear
Earliest available start date required at presentation
Providers must note proficiency in:
OB care Independent practice
Conducting pre-ops independently DEA requiredCSR required
Additional Information Estimated credentialing timeframe:
Approximately 90 days Facility does not reimburse application or credentialing fees Travel candidates accepted per facility travel policy
Providers should review the full travel policy prior to presentation
Required Credentialing Documents Providers should have the following readily available at acceptance:
Diploma Training certificates
Medical licenses DEA certificate
Board certificationBLS certification
Certificates of insurance
Drivers license
Professional headshotCME documentation from the past 2 years
