NOTE:

Locums may work 12 consecutive months then they must take a 6 month break and then they can return for 12 more months etcMUST BE AVAILABLE FULL TIME! SAMG is holding off on providers who cannot provide full time coverage and require travel every month. CRNA locum coverage is needed at both locations in Boise and Nampa

Schedule:

a mix of 8s and 10s each week and 12 hour shifts are also available. Flexibility is great! Looking for full time candidates only.

Call = Yes candidates must be open to one weeknight per month and one weekend please note that your candidate is willing to cover Call at time of name clear
40 hours guaranteed per week Trauma cases - MOSTLY. CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks NO regional anesthesia.# of operating rooms: 17 MOR 7 DSC plus specials cath labs endo radiologyEMR: EPIC Patient Age Demographic:
Adolescent Child Adult Geriatric. 90 of the patients are over the age of 12.Option to work 10 hour days or 8 hour days also can offer 12 hour shifts mixed in.

Will need a DEA and CSR Credentialing timeframe is roughly 90 days.

Travel  - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees Lodging - 179/night cap for hotels to include all taxes and fees. Preferred Lodging:
Candlewood Suites Boise – Towne Square an IHG Hotel.

Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car/mileage reimbursement. 50/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather.

Mileage - IRS Standard Rate to be reimbursed by facility only to be used with personal vehicle not to be used with rental car.

Schedule  Days, MUST BE AVAILABLE FULL TIME. Schedule is a mix of 8 hour days 10 hour days is the preference, but 12s are also available.
