We are looking for an Credential Specialist to support day-to-day provider credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong research skills and credentialing experience to join a fast-paced remote team.
Key Responsibilities- Process provider credentialing, licensure, and enrollment applications
- Research and evaluate U.S. provider licensure and CME requirements
- Ensure accurate updates on credentialing and licensing platforms
- Communicate with providers and clients via email for additional information
- Support client implementation and other operational projects
- Draft clear guideline documents based on research findings
- Credentialing experience is a must
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong research skills (high volume, Google-based research)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google applications
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
