365 is actively seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) - Part-Time/Contractor based in or licensed in Idaho to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a Part Time position.
**** Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
***** Direct clinical service delivery to an assigned caseload, including individual therapy sessions and the potential to lead or co-lead clinical groups based on program need and clinician specialty.
* Potential to lead or co-facilitate group therapy sessions
* Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical formulation
* Develop and regularly update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
* Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI) tailored to client needs
* Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as clinically indicated
* Development and maintenance of Integrated Service Plan
* Leads the treatment team in coordinating whole-person care and clinical decision-making across disciplines.
* Attend treatment team meetings, setting agenda and guiding clinical case discussion
* Lead case presentations and synthesize multidisciplinary input into a unified treatment approach
* Initiate treatment plan updates, delivery of care, and discharge planning
* Proactively coordinates care across psychiatry, nursing, case management, and support services to ensure continuity and quality of the client's overall treatment experience.
* Maintains timely, accurate, and HIPAA compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory standards.
* Prepare documentation needed for utilization review, audits, and insurance authorization

* Qualifications:

***** LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or similar (Required)
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
* At least 2 years of providing psychiatric services
**** Requirements:
***** Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications.
* Maintain current, active professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M) (Not Reimbursed)
* Remote meeting/video conferencing proficiency
* Must be open to licensing in more states
* Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
* Strong work ethic
* Minimum availability of 2 nights a week

Compensation: $100- $120 per session
