Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Maraca Learning, Inc., you will learn how to completely transform the lives of children with autism with the science of behavior! Whether you are an RBT seeking better training, supervision, and patient outcomes, or you work with children in another setting and want to take your career to the next level, our team at Maraca is sure to exceed your expectations.

In this position you will work primarily 1:1 with children with autism, on a clinical team, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to reduce child challenging behavior; and teach communication, social skills, play skills, self-care, and more! RBTs also work with caregivers to teach them strategies to help their children. On occasion you will work with other RBTs and children in small group instructional settings within the clinic.

The primary responsibility of the RBT is to accurately and consistently implement the supervisor's treatment plan in collaboration with and support from a clinical team, while collecting data on child behavior.

RBTs are the vital behavior change agent in the child's life and are the primary vehicle through which services can produce long-lasting improvements in patients' quality of life.
