As the Consulting Director – Healthcare Economics in Managed Care & Pricing Strategy, you will:- Advise healthcare executives on managed care strategy, value‑based care transformation, reimbursement optimization, and payer‑provider financial performance.
- Lead healthcare economics analyses and financial modelling efforts to assess contract performance, risk exposure, reimbursement adequacy, and value‑based incentive opportunities.
- Drive client engagement success through executive advisory services, strategic recommendations, thought leadership, and business development activities.
- Lead and direct teams in complex performance‑improvement engagements while ensuring successful client outcomes.
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance‑improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customised solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
- Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
- 8 + years of consulting and/or performance improvement healthcare experience with a focus on healthcare economics, managed care, value‑based care, provider reimbursement, and payer strategy.
