Overview
The Hospitality Department helps everyone cherish their time here by creating tidy, peaceful, and inviting backdrops for the lodge, dining, and cabin areas. By being kind, helpful, and attentive to guests and staff, we help everyone reset from life, bond with others, feel at home, and focus on creating memories.
People who enjoy cleaning and helping others will thrive here and can learn more about world-class hospitality. Led by kind, encouraging managers, you can expect to be held to a high standard, to be on the move, to work hard, have fun, and be proud of the summers you spend with us.
Note: Many Hospitality team members learn horseback riding skills and outdoor hobbies here. On days off, they can sign up for rides, lessons, and activities with guests if there is room.

- Evening activities for guests (e.g., bartending or line dancing) may be requested.
- Attend ranch meetings and training sessions to improve communication and become a successful team member.
