Banquet Cook

Boise Centre, Idaho's largest convention and event venue, is seeking a Banquet Cook to support high-volume catering for conferences, trade shows, banquets, and special events. In this role, you will prepare and cook banquet menu items, set up and break down stations, and ensure dishes meet quality, presentation, and timing standards. You'll follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, support special dietary needs, and work closely with chefs and event staff in a professional, guest-focused, and team-oriented environment.

This is an on-site position at our modern downtown Boise facility.
