Role Overview
Host at an Outback Steakhouse franchise location. Primary responsibility is to deliver hospitality-focused service, ensuring guests feel welcome and attended to from arrival through departure.
Responsibilities- Make memorable first and last impressions with guests
- Smile and engage in genuine conversations with guests
- Coordinate the wait and seat guests with a sense of urgency
- Lead the lobby experience for each guest following hospitality standards
