As a Night Auditor at the Grove Hotel, you'll be the quiet hero of the overnight shift by balancing books, supporting guests, and keeping operations running smoothly until morning.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Verify and post all daily room charges, ensuring they are correctly assigned to guest folios or master accounts.
• Post, confirm, and balance all charges and adjustments made throughout the day.
• Run required system reports and ensure all end-of-day processes are completed with supporting documentation attached.
• Reconcile balances between the property management system and the credit card processing system to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and service throughout guest and team interactions.
• Provide assistance to overnight guests and ensure all guest needs are addressed with care and efficiency.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Must be friendly, guest-focused, knowledgeable about the area, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain focused and accurate during the overnight shift
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with hotel property management systems.
• Understanding of basic accounting, auditing, and front desk operations.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
• Ability to lift, carry and manipulate various items (ex: luggage) weighing up to 50 pounds
