Banquet Server

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, linens, and service stations according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously during events
• Clear plates, glassware, and utensils while maintaining clean and organized service areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth event execution
• Respond to guest needs and special requests with a friendly, people-first attitude
• Assist with event breakdown, resetting spaces, and storing equipment properly
• Support fellow team members to maintain a positive, efficient work environment
