What You'll Do:- Clean and prepare guest rooms to IHG brand standards
- Wash, dry, fold, organize, and stock hotel linens and towels
- Ensure all guest and public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming
- Work closely with fellow team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Restock housekeeping carts, supplies, and linen inventories
- Maintain a productive pace while paying attention to quality and detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and remain active throughout the shift
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated candidates
