- Location:
Boise, Idaho. - Lead HR activities including Diversity and Inclusion, Associate Engagement, Talent Management, Training, Compensation, and Compliance Management for business units.
- Execute the COE's strategies on Talent, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Total Rewards.
- Lead Corporate HR projects/programs to support the company’s business goals and drive an associate experience aligned to strategy.
- Participate in business strategic planning and align HR programs to business objectives.
- Drive organizational change by assessing culture, climate, and motivation; provide guidance on change management and organization design.
- Support succession, career, and development planning; facilitate talent reviews and coaching on development planning.
- Participate in recruiting; drive diversity objectives; participate in selection for key leadership roles.
- Champion Talent Management by partnering with leaders to align talent strategy with business objectives and ensure follow-through on talent management lifecycle.
- Coach business unit leaders on people-related matters.
- Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with laws and regulations; leverage best practices in employment law, HR, and talent management.
- Conduct internal investigations and collaborate with Asset Protection/Legal regarding compliance charges and litigation.
- Ensure effective delivery of learning curriculum and partner with L&D on strategy for development needs.
- Ensure effective execution of all corporate policies and practices for your team, including compensation and benefits plans.
- Effectively communicates complex solutions in simple terms to all levels using diplomacy and influencing skills.
- Candidly and constructively speaks up even when difficult to do so.
- Proven experience in leading teams and projects without direct authority over others.
- Positively motivates others to accomplish goals, provides honest feedback in a constructive way.
- Self-motivated, assumes personal accountability for results and performance.
- Autonomously meets goals and deadlines.
- Demonstrated track record as proactive trusted advisor/thought leader, particularly around strategic issues to drive results.

- Experience supporting retail and multi-state/locations preferred.
- Business acumen to recommend innovative HR approaches and solutions to achieve business goals and process improvement.
