Responsibilities
Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Assistant/Coordinator. This position is responsible for numerous duties that include, but are not limited to performing administrative tasks for the Human Resources Director such as filing, typing, preparing reports, answering phones, responding to employment verification inquiries, data entry into the HR/Payroll systems, preparing orientation materials, maintaining employee records, and maintaining the employee database on health and training certifications/licenses.
This position will work on special projects and assignments as assigned and perform other related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.
Shift: Full‑time 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Education:
High School graduate required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources required.
Shift: Day shift Monday through Friday.
