PositionHuman Resources Assistant / Coordinator – Full‑time, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role performs a variety of administrative duties for the Human Resources Director, including filing, typing, report preparation, phone answering, employment verification inquiries, data entry into HR/Payroll systems, orientation material preparation, and maintenance of employee records and databases for health and training certifications/licenses. The coordinator will also work on special projects and assignments as directed and perform other related duties as assigned.

Perform administrative tasks for the Human Resources Director, including filing, typing, preparing reports, answering phones, responding to employment verification inquiries, data entry into HR/Payroll systems, preparing orientation materials, maintaining employee records and databases for health and training certifications/licenses, and supporting special projects and assignments as assigned.
QualificationsEducation: High school graduate required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources required.
Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday.
