Payroll Accountant

Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join their team. As a Payroll Accountant, you will be an integral part of the payroll department supporting the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Job Title: Payroll Accountant

Location: Boise,

Pay Range: $42.51 hourly

Shift: Mon to Fri - 8 Hours

What's the Job?

• Generate company payroll, including labor distribution records, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime, and withholding status.
• Ensure compliance with all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding, and employer contributions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve issues efficiently.

What's Needed?

• 5 or more years of experience in payroll or related financial roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency with Workday, SAP payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
