Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join their team. As a Payroll Accountant, you will be an integral part of the payroll department supporting the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.
Job Title: Payroll Accountant
Location: Boise,
Pay Range: $42.51 hourly
Shift: Mon to Fri - 8 Hours
What's the Job?
- Generate company payroll, including labor distribution records, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime, and withholding status.
- Ensure compliance with all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding, and employer contributions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve issues efficiently.
What's Needed?
- 5 or more years of experience in payroll or related financial roles.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with Workday, SAP payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
