HR Administrator (Temporary) - 6-month Contract - 100% Onsite (Boise, )
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacture in Boise, their search for a Temporary HR Administrator to support a critical I-9 audit and file digitization initiative. The primary focus of this position is to ensure compliance, improve document organization, and support the transition from paper-based files to a consolidated electronic system.
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of HR or related administrative experience, direct hands‑on experience working with I-9 documentation, and a strong attention to detail. This role is well‑suited for an early‑career HR professional who thrives in structured, compliance‑focused work and can work independently with guidance from HR leadership.
EssentialJob Duties
- Audit I-9 forms and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accurately document findings.
- Review, scan, and organize employee files as part of a large-scale digitization and electronic filing project.
- Consolidate and reconcile employee documentation across multiple record-keeping systems.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic personnel records in designated platforms.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws related to employee documentation and record retention.
- Protect the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews, assisting with onboarding documentation, and preparing orientation materials.
- Communicate discrepancies or missing documentation to HR leadership and assist in corrective action follow-up.
- Provide additional administrative support to the HR team as needed to meet project deadlines.
- 1-3 years of Human Resources, HR administrative, or related business experience required.
- Experience and familiarity using any HRIS system.
- Direct working experience with I-9 forms and employee documentation required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to audit documents for accuracy and compliance required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information required.
- Ability to work independently while receiving direction from HR leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Ability to work onsite in Boise, days per week required.
- Temporary contract assignment up to 6 months.
- 1099 Employment.
- 100% onsite - Boise, .
- Monday through Friday - standard business hours.
- Hourly pay rate: $25.60 per hour.
