Open Loop is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Lead to build our first employer brand and recruitment marketing function from the ground up. You will start with hands-on campaigns and candidate-facing content, then grow into owning how Open Loop's story reaches talent everywhere we compete for it.
You will craft candidate-facing content, track funnel performance, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers, helping to shape the EVP as we scale.
