As an HR Recruitment & Selection Coordinator, you will help create a positive and seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams from the first application through onboarding. You will coordinate the logistics, communication, scheduling, and administrative activities that keep the recruitment and selection process moving efficiently and ensure candidates and hiring teams have the information and support they need at each stage.

You will serve as a key point of contact for applicants and hiring teams, answering questions, providing timely updates, and helping navigate recruitment policies, procedures, and systems. You will coordinate pre-employment compliance requirements and onboarding activities, maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System and HRIS, and help ensure each step of the process is completed accurately and on time.

This role also provides opportunities to get out into the community and help build Ada County’s talent pipeline. You will represent Ada County at job fairs, college recruiting events, career workshops, and other outreach activities—connecting with prospective candidates and sharing the opportunities available through a career with Ada County.
