Job Description

We are seeking an experienced compensation professional to join our Data Center Compensation team and support the growth of our global data center footprint. In this role, you will design and implement compensation programs for a diverse, rapidly evolving technical workforce. This is an opportunity to solve complex compensation challenges, build practical programs, and ensure they are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable compensation programs and pay solutions for the unique talent needs of the global data center workforce.
  • Develop targeted compensation approaches, including market and skill premiums, shift differentials, hiring and retention incentives, and other workforce-specific programs.
  • Translate market intelligence, workforce analytics, and business needs into practical compensation strategies and recommendations.
  • Establish program frameworks, eligibility criteria, governance, and guidelines that enable consistent and scalable execution.
  • Partner, directly, with Compensation Consultants (and indirectly, business stakeholders) to address recurring compensation challenges through sustainable solutions rather than individual exceptions.
  • Lead implementation of compensation programs in partnership with HR, Payroll, HR Systems, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor program utilization, cost, effectiveness, and compliance, and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Simplify and improve compensation processes, tools, documentation, and communications while maintaining alignment with enterprise compensation philosophy and practices.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting data centers, infrastructure, engineering, construction, energy, advanced manufacturing, skilled trades, or similar technical work forces.
  • Experience designing compensation programs for hourly, shift-based, skilled technical, or geographically distributed populations, including targeted programs such as shift differentials, skill premiums, incentives, or retention programs.

Experience implementing compensation programs across multiple locations or countries, including job architecture, compensation structures, process improvements, and cross-functional implementation.
