We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and support hiring requirements for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct telephonic screening and initial candidate interviews
. - Understand candidate profiles and assess suitability against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
. - Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and pipelines
. - Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and status updates
. - Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from screening to offer and closure
. - Source candidates through job portals, Linked In and other recruitment channels.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
