Castle Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Business HR Director for a Boise, Idaho site. You will own HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent development, compensation, employee relations and culture, guiding the integration of the acquired unit into the parent enterprise.
You will lead the HR team, manage HRIS migration, policy alignment, and cultural integration with full integration targeted for early 2028, reporting to the General Manager with dotted line to the Platform HR Director.
