We are seeking an ambitious Software Engineer to guide the development of enterprise Legal solutions. This role is essential in advancing Legal system capabilities that enable Micron’s global operations. You will build, develop, and implement software solutions using modern frameworks and technologies, playing a direct role in business-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Drive high business value projects by crafting, coordinating, and implementing enterprise Legal solutions.

Independently lead and successfully deliver project engagements through build, test, and solutions deployment, actively owning the development lifecycle.

Conduct requirements analysis, technical solution crafting, data analysis and migration, and integration, crafting and implementing solutions following guidelines.

Implement and improve third-party solutions by collaborating with vendors and figuring out how to integrate solutions into the current business environment.

Assist in resolving customer concerns related to software issues involving compliance, litigation, immigration, contracts, agreements, patent development, and technology licensing.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have 3+ years of experience as a technical solution architect or software developer in Legal systems, focusing on areas like contract-lifecycle management (CLM), e-discovery, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), records management, or matter management.

5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development and implementations.

Proficiency with e-signature tool (either Adobe E-Sign or Docu Sign).

Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently.

Strong understanding of enterprise application integration.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Possess excellent analytical skills and debugging skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to integrate AI solutions into Legal systems to improve functionality and efficiency.

Deep understanding of Legal processes and best-known methods (BKM).

Specific experience in Iron Clad or iCertis software a plus.

Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and technology complexity.

Proven ability to research and apply emerging business and technology trends.

Self-motivated and outcome oriented.

Excellent collaborator skills, involving working with vendors and partners.

Capable of conceptualizing and crafting plans and roadmaps that define and prioritize key projects to deliver business results.

Perform requirements analysis, technical solution design, data analysis and migration, and integration, designing and implementing solutions in accordance with best practices.
