Product Manager; AI Products

We’re building a category-defining suite of AI companionship products (web and mobile), and our portfolio has shown exceptional growth over the past 9 months. We're now hiring a Product Manager to take full ownership of one of our core products.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on product performance, growth, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to ship meaningful features fast - and measure their impact just as fast.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, and iteration;
• Deeply understand users and define solutions that drive engagement and retention;
• Monitor product metrics daily and identify opportunities for optimization;
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, including LTV modeling and user cohort analysis;
• Work with large datasets and collaborate with analysts to extract actionable insights;
• Prioritize features and bugs based on business impact and user needs;
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across design, engineering, and marketing;
• Collaborate with monetization teams to drive subscription and in-app revenue.

• 3+ years in product management with ownership of a digital product;
• Strong analytical skills - fluent in spreadsheets and comfortable interpreting complex data;
• Hands-on experience with growth metrics, retention, monetization, and A/B testing;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities;
• Upper Intermediate level of English and Russian or higher.
• Bias for action, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience in AI companionship, social discovery, or dating products;
• Understanding of UX/UI principles;
• Live-coding or rapid prototyping skills.
