About the Team

The EPS team plays a pivotal role in driving Micron’s enterprise planning excellence by delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional planning initiatives that span multiple business units. We integrate and optimize enterprise planning systems to ensure data accuracy, seamless process flow, and strong operational alignment across the organization. Our team leads EPS process governance and continuous updates, ensuring that business rules, thresholds, and standards evolve in step with organizational needs.

By partnering closely with Business Units, Sales, Operations, and IT teams, we strengthen end‑to‑end planning capabilities and accelerate decision‑making. In addition, the team provides solution leadership and fosters cross‑team collaboration to unify efforts across global stakeholders. Supporting hiring and talent development for the Boise EPS organization remains a key priority as we continue building a high‑performance team equipped to meet future planning demands.

About

the Role

The Staff IT Business Analyst partners with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to deliver large‑scale enterprise solutions. This role blends deep functional knowledge with technical fluency to lead complex initiatives, drive integrations, and ensure high quality, secure, and scalable outcomes across critical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex projects and integrations involving Kinaxis, SAP ERP/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder
  • Serve as a domain expert, providing solution design guidance and influencing technical and business decisions
  • Analyze complex business and system issues, define end to end solutions, and drive initiatives to completion
  • Collaborate across IT, Information Security, and Technology teams to deliver secure, high impact solutions
  • Assess upstream and downstream impacts of system and software changes using data driven analysis
  • Support end to end testing, performance analysis, and issue resolution for real‑time data applications
  • Mentor and advise less experienced team members
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in IT business analysis, systems analysis, software development, or enterprise application roles
  • Hands on experience supporting and delivering integrations across Kinaxis and SAP ECC and enterprise data platforms
  • Demonstrable ability to lead large, complex initiatives with multi-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with experience documenting requirements, dependencies, and impacts
  • Experience supporting production systems with high availability and performance expectations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with other supply chain platforms such as Blue Yonder
  • Experience collaborating on application security design and implementation
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or cloud based data platforms and real time data flows
  • Experience working in large, global enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
  • Prior experience mentoring analysts or engineers at the beginning of their professional development
