Responsibilities- Support:
Provide Tier I/II support to our corporate and division customers for a variety of technologies, including software, hardware, and mobile devices - Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve software or hardware issues - Testing:
Test new systems and applications - Documentation:
Create, update, and manage service and support documentation - Communication:
Interact with customers in person, by phone, or via electronic messaging - Follow up:
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved - Installing, updating, and configuring software and hardware.
- Assisting with data storage issues and recovery of data
- Familiarity with M365 and Exchange Admin portals
- Win 11, MFA, VPN, and MDM experience
- Experience with on prem as well as cloud Active Directory
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- A customer-oriented attitude in providing professional customer support services.
- BS in computer science or related field. Previous experience a plus.
