Content Management Expert

Rate: $30.00 to $25.00/hr w2

• Manage website content updates within the CMS effectively.
• Upload and organize digital assets in accordance with established guidelines and taxonomy.
• Create, update, and track Jira tickets to facilitate progress and resolution.
• Facilitate communication across teams via email and Slack.
• Ensure content is accurate, high-quality, and consistent across all pages.
• Adhere to established workflows and SLAs, escalating any blockers as necessary.

• Proven experience with website content management and CMS publishing workflows.
• Proficiency in Jira for ticket management.
• Ability to upload, tag, and manage digital assets within a CMS.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in email and Slack.
• Availability to work remotely on Eastern Time for a six-month commitment.
