- 3+ years of experience working with Net Suite ERP or a similar ERP system, including user support, building saved searches and reports, and business process analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on understanding business processes and driving practical, business‑focused improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions without fully defined parameters.
- Ability to communicate clearly in business terms and enable stakeholders through change.
- Experience building or supporting dashboards in a BI or analytics tool (Sigma preferred).
- Basic SQL experience and general data fluency (e.g., understanding tables, joins, and data structures).
