As a Technical Writer, you will be an essential part of the Training and Documentation Administration team supporting organizational growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to documentation management, aligning successfully with the company's mission to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities- Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Manage documentation systems, including file storage repositories and controlled documentation processes.
- Support the learning management system (LMS) by creating, maintaining, and archiving training records and certifications.
- Extract, analyze, and visualize data to support decision-making processes through reports and charts.
- Collaborate on documentation projects, including creating project charters, work breakdown structures, and status reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical documentation.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting workforce development initiatives.
- Proficiency with advanced documentation authoring software such as Mad Cap Flare or Frame Maker.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience managing SharePoint lists and libraries.
