• Lead Global SAP Strategy: develop and execute the global SAP strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives, driving innovation and continuous improvement in SAP systems and processes.
• Team Management: build and lead a high‑performing global SAP team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members and fostering a collaborative and results‑driven work environment.
• S4 HANA Migration: drive and oversee the successful migration from legacy SAP systems to S4 HANA across the organization, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define the migration roadmap, ensure project timelines are met, and minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate closely with key stakeholders—including executives, business leaders, and IT teams—to understand business requirements and align SAP initiatives with business needs, effectively communicating the value of SAP solutions and gaining buy‑in at all levels.
• Vendor Management: oversee relationships with SAP solution providers, system integrators, and consultants; evaluate and select external vendors as needed and negotiate contracts to ensure service level agreements are met.
• SAP System Governance: establish and maintain effective governance processes to ensure compliance, security, and data integrity across SAP systems, developing and implementing best practices, standards, and policies for SAP system management.
• Budget and Resource Management: develop and manage the SAP budget, including forecasting and cost control, optimizing resource allocation to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in SAP technology, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation—including AI in the SAP environment—to drive business value.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP system management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading S4 HANA migration projects is preferred; in-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of effectively interacting with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Strong project‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.
