Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day project oversight, execution, and operational leadership.
- Deliver technology vision, strategy, and direction for supported services.
- Maintain OLA and SLA agreements with Micron Business Units and ensure alignment.
- Sustain strong global collaboration with internal and external Micron IT operations teams.
- Partner with Enterprise Architects to develop and carry out capability roadmaps.
- Drive service improvements by reviewing contracts, vendor offerings, upgrades, quotes, and cost/benefit analyses.
- Lead continuous improvement through policies and processes for monitoring, measuring, reporting, and improving service/component availability.
- Lead all aspects of budget and cost centers, manage talent development (mentoring, coaching, succession planning, retention), and support
