IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
IT Manager – Master Data
Work across business units, engineering teams, supply chain, assembly/test manufacturing, and master data teams to support Micron’s end-to-end product lifecycle process. Manage and oversee four analysts and solution architects, leading a distributed team to deliver Master Data solutions across a multi-year roadmap through close collaboration with business partners and internal technical partners.
Lead architecture, development, configuration, and support of Master Data solutions. Define, implement, and own the business solution strategy for the Master Data business areas, integrating both technology and business standard methodology. Provide industry‑standard mentorship for Master Data solutions to business leaders and project teams.
Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to meet business objectives. Develop and gain support for roadmaps that detail the journey to excellence, leading teams in iterative product development using agile principles and a quality‑first approach. Engage the team on architecture, design, and investigation of sophisticated solutions, platforms, and interface design, while also educating technical staff on underlying business principles.
Part‑time telecommuting may be available.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field and six years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in information technology or a related occupation.
Preferred experience and knowledge:
- Siemens Teamcenter and PLM concepts
- Delivery in an Agile framework
- Development and operational knowledge in Teamcenter
- Integration between Teamcenter and ERP systems
- Research and diagnostic prediction
- Managing and building Bill of Materials
