Work across the business units, engineering teams, supply chain, assembly/test manufacturing, and master data teams to support Micron’s end-to-end product lifecycle process. The role includes managing and overseeing the work of four analysts and solution architects, leading a distributed team to deliver Master Data solutions, and defining, implementing, and owning the business solution strategy supporting Master Data business areas.

• Lead a distributed team to deliver Master Data solutions across a multi-year roadmap through close collaboration with business partners and internal technical partners.
• Lead architecture and a distributed team regarding development, configuration, and support for Teamcenter and SAP specific solutions.
• Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to meet business objectives.
• Develop roadmaps that detail the journey to outstanding and lead teams in iterative product development using agile principles and a quality-first approach to development.
• Engage the team on architecture, design and investigate sophisticated solutions, platforms, and interface design, while educating more technical staff on the underlying business principles.
• May telecommute part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, followed by six years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in an information technology-related occupation.

• Siemens Teamcenter and PLM concepts.
• Delivery in an Agile framework.
• Development and operational knowledge in Teamcenter.
• Integration between Teamcenter and ERP Systems.
• Research and diagnostic prediction.
• Managing and building Bill of Materials.
