Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Moodle LMS Implementation Engineer / BI Architect to configure, deploy, and support a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) for Foster Parents and Kinship Caregivers. This role will translate business and functional requirements into a scalable, secure, and production-ready solution.

The ideal candidate will work closely with IT Operations, Training Teams, and business stakeholders to deliver a robust learning platform hosted in a Docker/Kubernetes environment, while ensuring compliance with security (MFA, TLS) and accessibility standards (ADA Title II / WCAG 2.1 AA).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Moodle LMS administration and configuration
  .
• Hands-on experience with:
  • SCORM 1.2 and LMS content delivery
  • Learning paths, badges, and role-based permissions
  • Notifications and workflow automation
• Strong understanding of:
  • Security protocols (MFA, TLS, audit logging)
  • Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Experience working in Docker/Kubernetes environments
  .
• Proficiency in SQL (Postgres/SQL Server) and data/reporting concepts.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
• Experience with PHP, Linux administration, and Moodle backend architecture.
• Familiarity with ILT workflows and attendance tracking.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments.
• Exposure to BI tools, data warehousing, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of REST APIs or webhooks for system integration.
