Our client, a leader in the high-tech industry specializing in semiconductor and data center solutions, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Memory Business Unit supporting training and collateral alignment initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager
Pay Range: $54.88
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours
What's the Job?- Define and coordinate training and collateral needs throughout the Product Lifecycle Management process.
- Collaborate across Sales, FAEs, Business Units, and Engineering teams to gather input and validate training requirements.
- Assign content creation and presentation responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of training materials.
- Track progress and ensure readiness for scheduled training sessions and collateral releases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs, with a background in instructional design or organizational development.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in training, L&D, or related fields within the high-tech or semiconductor industry; familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management processes is a plus.
