What You’ll Do
  • Be the first line of support for tech issues—via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network hiccups
  • Set up and configure computers, mobile devices, and software
  • Use remote tools to assist users across locations
  • Keep detailed records in our ticketing system
  • Apply updates, perform backups, and support IT maintenance
  • Provide friendly, clear training to users
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Adapt to evolving tech and team needs
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0–2 years of IT support experience (internships and school projects count!)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common productivity tools
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and printers
  • Strong communication and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to explain tech in simple terms
