Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Tech to join their team. As an IT Support Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to identify issues in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in manufacturing processes.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, manuals, or sketches.
• Image and prepare systems in partnership with engineering teams.
• Build and configure systems from arrival through deployment.
• Run diagnostics and perform system-level troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.

What's Needed?

• Experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment and systems.
• Ability to dismantle, repair, and reassemble complex hardware components.
• Strong skills in imaging and preparing PC systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in deploying systems into labs for validation testing.
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory management and lab organization during lower deployment periods.
