Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building relationships with prime vendors and implementation partners, and successfully placing consultants on C2C opportunities across the US market.
Key Responsibilities- Market bench consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruiting partners.
- Source and identify C2C requirements through job portals, vendor networks, and Linked In.
- Submit qualified consultants based on client requirements and project needs.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end placement cycle.
- Negotiate billing rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.
- Prepare and circulate consultant hotlists on a regular basis.
- Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Follow up with vendors regarding submissions and interview feedback.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to maximize placements and revenue.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing
Strong understanding of:
- C2C, W2, and 1099 employment models
- US work authorization categories
- Vendor management and consultant marketing
Hands-on experience with:
- Dice
- Linked In
- Monster
- Career Builder
- ATS/CRM tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Existing network of Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
- Experience marketing consultants in technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Cloud, Dev Ops, Data Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
