IT Support Specialist

We areis seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our staff.

• Provide technical support to staff for all IT related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Install and configure computer systems, software, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain the company's network and server systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues as they arise
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
• Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery processes
• Document and maintain IT processes and procedures
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new projects and initiatives

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network and server administration
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
