Oracle Integration Cloud, Technical Lead

Acosta Group is seeking an OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) Technical Lead who will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, and lead technical teams in delivering seamless integration between on‑premises and cloud applications.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
• Develop OIC integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and process automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and integration teams.
• Implement best practices for security, error handling, and logging in OIC solutions.
• Work with Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and on‑premises applications to build end‑to‑end integration solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to integration architecture standards.
• Optimize and monitor OIC integrations for efficiency and reliability.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements to recommend improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in integration development, with at least five years demonstrated experience with OIC.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration certification is desirable.
• Technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM Cloud integrations is a plus.
• Proficiency in authentication and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Hybrid role: work two days remotely and collaborate in‑person with technical stakeholders in Texas and Florida.

Citizenship:
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation range: $130,000 – $140,000 per year.
