Perkins Coie LLP in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Service Desk Support Technician to join the Immediate Response Team. This position serves as the first point of contact for support requests, resolving user issues efficiently while documenting support cases thoroughly.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and general computer hardware troubleshooting, along with a solid commitment to effective communication. This role works Sunday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST and offers a variety of benefits including a 401(k) plan and medical insurance.
