AI Workflow Integration Specialist

The AI Workflow Integration Specialist plays a key role in modernizing workforce development operations. This role focuses on redesigning and optimizing workflows across onboarding, on-the-job training (OJT), and technical training, using AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve execution speed. You will work at the intersection of process improvement and AI implementation, building solutions that are practical, scalable, and directly tied to business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve onboarding, OJT, and technical training workflows
- Analyze and optimize processes to standardize workflows prior to automation
- Develop and pilot AI copilots, agents, and automation using approved platforms
- Partner with leaders and SMEs to embed AI into training development and execution
- Track and report on process improvements including efficiency, cycle time, and quality
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, workflow automation, or AI/ML implementation
- Experience building or deploying AI-assisted tools, copilots and automation solutions
- Strong analytical skills with experience mapping and optimizing complex processes
- Proficiency with AI and automation platforms such as Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Python, AWS, Azure, and GCP
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in workforce development, learning, or training operations
- Familiarity with onboarding, OJT, or technical training program delivery
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience analyzing and reporting operational metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and quality
